ailean is the first operational artificial intelligence for professional property management in Switzerland. The product works in the market, the pipeline is filling up, and we're building the team that will shape the coming years. If you'd rather create than administrate, read on.

We don't believe in CVs as a filter. We believe in people who use their skills honestly, can assess themselves well and want to build something with their own signature. If that's true, we'll find the right setup.

  • You're exceptionally good at one concrete thing: software, sales, customer success, operational real estate practice, design.
  • You say what you know — and just as honestly, what you don't.
  • You know the difference between start-up reality and corporate structure, and you deliberately choose the former.

If both sides want to continue, we ask for two to three references. Then we arrange a personal meeting in Zurich or, if distance doesn't allow, a longer online conversation.
