In the pilot's best month it became 88 percent, with 639 requests in total over four months. Pilot customers are now recurring customers, and further property managers are in onboarding. Why ailean is not an AI wrapper.

ailean commissions from the property's contractor directory, coordinates appointments directly between contractor and tenant and follows up until the defect is fixed. The work after the ticket — that's where the value lies.

04 · Escalation logic

Knows when a human must take over.

Emergencies, complexity, stalled cases: ailean escalates in a structured way to the property manager, with the full case history. Reliability in production is the result of this process.

Better models make ailean better, not obsolete. The language model is interchangeable infrastructure — review layers, codified tenancy law and orchestration remain our asset. And the playbook repeats: tenancy law exists in every country; the tenancy-law engine is built per market. What is proven in Switzerland is valuable worldwide.
